Our colleague Dr Bert Schädlich will report on our experiences with excavations in Berlin on 21 May 2025 as part of the Leipzig Geotechnics Seminar. In the lecture ‘Production-related deformations in excavations in Berlin’, results of settlement measurements in the environment of typical special foundation engineering methods such as bored pile production, diaphragm wall work, anchor drilling, etc. will be presented and recommendations for estimating the expected production-related deformations will be given.
